2024 Winter Workouts!

The East Greenbush- Castleton Youth Baseball League is happy to announce the return of our winter baseball training sessions. We have experienced and knowledgeable coaches available to help your child prepare for the upcoming season. These sessions are free and open to anyone in the designated age group but geared toward new or inexperienced players. We will take the first 20 players for each time slot, and sign-ups are open for the following days.

1/26 for ages 4/5 (5:45 pm - 6:45 pm) and ages 6/7 (7 pm - 8 pm)

2/2/24 for ages 8/9 (5:45 pm - 6:45 pm) and 10-12 (7 pm - 8 pm)
