Recreation and Travel Registration is Open for the Spring 2026 Season.

Rec Registration is our in-house program. Registration will remain open until 1/31/26.

Our Travel baseball program is extra baseball for kids 7 and older and goes by what league age they will be in 2026. Games are played both at our home fields and at other fields throughout the extended Capital District. Travel baseball registration is on a separate timeline than rec. Travel registration will open next in summer 2026.

Participation is based on past ratings and/or a tryout and may be limited depending on available teams. Unlike our Rec. program, signing up for travel is not a guarantee of a roster spot. In order to play travel, you must also be signed up to play rec.

IMPORTANT !! If you are NEW to EGCYBL, YOU WILL NEED to upload a copy of your child's Birth Certificate and a copy of a utility bill as a Proof of Address through the registration process or you can mail them in as well..

We are required to adhere to Little League's approved district boundaries. For age 8 and over , we follow the East Greenbush and Schodack Central School registration lines with one exception, Bell Top Elementary falls within the Twin Town district. For players under 8, we do not have that restriction starting in 2025. So Bell Top and other out of district kids will be eligible.

Volunteers and Coaching Opportunities - All adults who wish to volunteer or coach in any capacity resulting in interaction with league players MUST fill out the pertinent information through the volunteering options during registration.

2026 Spring Travel Baseball Program

Supplemental travel baseball program for participants registered with EGCYBL.

Participation is based on past ratings and/or a tryout and may be limited depending on available teams. Unlike our Rec. program, signing up for travel is not a guarantee of a roster spot.

Please note - To be eligible to play Spring Travel baseball you must be at least league Age 7 and playing in our Single A division or above of our Rec. baseball program.

This is a new timeline for Spring Travel Baseball and will close by 7/15/2025. So please do not delay on signing up.

The new timeline is designed to set travel teams for the Fall by August 1^st and for the Spring by September 1^st. This timeline will allow Spring 2026 travel teams to plan winter workouts, fundraise, and to plan Spring baseball activities before facilities and tournaments are booked full. As a reminder, players do NOT have to play Fall rec baseball or Fall Travel baseball in order to play Spring Travel baseball. However, players MUST play Spring rec in order to play Spring travel. Spring rec registration will occur on its usual timeline; registration will open in the late fall/early winter.
